Meeting called to order by Bob N2ESP at 7:30 PM followed by the Pledge of allegiance. Acknowledgment of guests and introductions were done.

Vice President Ed NZ1Q asked for volunteers and ideas for meeting programs.
Treasures report given by Tom AI4QP. SPARC available funds as of Dec 31, 2018 is $9,550.12. Yearly audit will be made during the month of February with Dee Turner.

Repeater Trustee report Ron KP2N All repeaters are working well, New antenna will be installed shortly.
Club Station Trustee Dave KR4U reported activity will be taking place at the new station location during the ARRL RTTY Roundup. The contest starts at 1PM Saturday and all are welcome.
Web Design Trustee Tom, NY4I spoke about additional changes planed for the site.

VE TESTING Don N4KII 1 new Tech, 1 upgrade to General ARRL testing at DMI Jan 15th W5YI testing at Fire Station Jan 26th OLD BUSINESS During the Tampa Bay Ham Fest the club made $80. The After Holy Day Party Sunday 3PM at Brooklyn Pizza. Winter Field Day January 26, 2019 Starts at 1PM Clearwater Fire Training Center. Sign up link on SPARC web site.
Tom NY4I spoke about club shirts priced around $25. Remote operation of the SPARC station is available. Speak to him about access.
