Business Meeting start and greeting:

• The meeting opens with the pledge of allegiance
• Several new members, guests, and first timers recognized and introduced themselves

  • Volunteerism: Help with setup and teardown

  • SPARC in the Park on December 4th
• Treasurer report (presented by Pat due to Tom’s absence):
  • All income and expenses are rectified and in balance
  • 3 new members accepted into club during the month

  • 220 repeater wasn’t working. Efforts were made to verify if the issue is antenna, coax, or radio, seems to be antenna or coax so far. More next month.
  • use your repeater, join the daily 630pm net!!! All amateur operators are welcome!

  • 2nd place in the ARRL field dayin our category and 1st in WCF
  • We had a clean sweep in the ARRL sweepstakes!!
  • Antennas were verified and repaired as needed
  • Dave and john installed new lights outside DMI

Old Business:

• SPARC Fest. Wet but good!
• SPARC in the Park 12/4 sawgrass lake park at 7am until 12pm
• Winter field day is january 28/29. looking for volunteers
• Signed up for science fair, be sure to volunteer! February 18th

 

New Business:

• FCG 10m contest group prep zoom on 12/5 19:30
• SPARC gap newsletter… any volunteers?

• 12/3 treasure coast in vero beach
• 12/9-10 TB Hamfest
• 2/10-12 Hamcation
