Meeting called to order by Bob N2ESP at 7:30 PM followed by the Pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence for Mark Duryee KK4LTQ.
Introduction of guests and member roll call.

Repeater Trustee report Ron KP2N All repeaters are working well.
Club Station Trustee Dave KR4U The station is working well. Repairs were made to the low power band pass filters. Club entered into the NAQP RTTY Contest but shut down early due to a very bad lighting storm during the contest.
Membership Tom AI4QP reported one new member Robert Schueter KN4CMR which was voted and approved by club membership.
Web Site report by Bob N2ESP everything is working well but we need articles.
VE TESTING Don N4KII
ARRL testing at DMI, 4 new Tech, 1 upgrade to General.
W5YI at Lealman Fire Station 1 General, 1 Extra.

NEW BUSINESS
SPARC Club event “Radios in the Park” at Eagle Lake Park September 12,2019 from 9AM to 2PM.
Jim KG4JSZ was present at the meeting asking for signatures to support his run for ARRL South Section Vice Director.
Fort Pierce Ham fest August 10.
SPARC will attend the TARC Fest on August 17. Help is needed to load and setup.
SPARC Board Meeting on August 31 at 2PM.
