Bell Labs Proves Existence of Dark Suckers

Alan, KO4CR, rebroadcasts an edited version of the Amateur Radio News Line on the SPARC repeater once a week after the evening net. The latest broadcast caused considerable discussion on the morning roundtable as well as the evening pre-net. For those who missed the broadcast, a copy of the article about “dark suckers” follows.

New to the nightly SPARC Net question – “The rest of the Story”

Every night SPARC holds a 2m traffic net on the SPARC 2m repeater.  We have also had a question each night, which those who have checked-in can take a shot at the multiple choice answer.  We answer the question just for fun, we don’t keep score.

2 Meter 6:30 PM Net to start EXTRA Class Questions tonight

Every night on the net members and non-SPARC members check-in to just chat about their day after handling any NTS traffic.  We also have a multiple choice question each night from the license pool.  On your check-in you can give your best answer or just take a guess.
